Especially, those skill deficiency or middle-aged general technician have no enough skill adequate to new technologic job, for another the new employer is unwilling to bear the pension, so they become structural unemployment in the change of economy. That is the main reason of the unemployment recently. How to reduce the rate of unemployment is not only the focus of the people, but also the government has to face up to these severe challenges. When the economic structure have been change, the unemployed were seeking employment actively, but they can’t re-employ possibility because of them lack of skill. At this moment the employment service organization of government must offer unemployment benefit, child benefit, etc. In addition the unemployed laborers often needs retraining for entering the job market again; the public vocational training institution must do it. Because the government entrusts outside training organization to be handled in a lot of vocational training classifications, students'' results of learning and satisfaction need to check. So, this research tries to probe the quality of trains serving, the content of trains course and Instructors’ teaching attitude whose influence students’ training satisfaction. Via certification the following results: (1)The training quality of serving of duty of the training organization has dominance influence on students'' whole satisfaction. (2)Students’ training satisfaction will have dominance influence on students’ retraining desire. (3)Students’ training satisfaction on the training serves quality and students’ retraining desire that have some intermediary course results. (4)The content of training course has dominance influence on students’ satisfaction. (5)The Instructors’ teaching attitude has dominance influence students'' training satisfaction.
