Abstract: Due to the declining of fertility rate and diverse teacher education, it becomes hard for anyone to manage public and private kindergarten. Also, teachers are more and more competitive nowadays. Therefore, how to promote teacher’s job satisfaction to strengthen the efficiency of organization is the very important subject of administration because it can attract more outstanding people to engage in the kindergarten. The purpose of this research is to realize the teacher’s job satisfaction in the kindergarten by surveying questionnaire with the Judgement sampling. It shows the teacher’s job satisfaction of different salary structures by, Cross analysis,factor analysis, cluster analysis, Ridit analysis and ordinal logistic regression. So, the results are summarized as follows: 1. All teachers have different job satisfaction. They tend to satisfy. The most unsatisfied part for them is “to pluralize the administration,” however the most satisfied part is “to interact with children.” 2. It is not clear to tell its difference from low pay teacher’s job satisfaction. 3. The teacher’s job satisfaction of medium and big salary has obvious ly different. The most satisfied part is “to interact with children,” but the most unsatisfied part is “to pluralize the administration.” 4. Passive teachers: 65 percent of all. The teacher’s job satisfaction has unclear difference. They tend not to satisfy. 5. Optimistic teachers: 35 percent of all. The teacher’s job satisfaction has obvious difference. They tend to satisfy.
