In the modern times, JAPAN is affected by the cross-cultural communications, and a growing number of loanwords. The author reviews the past achievements of teaching, and found the Taiwanese learners of Japanese, who have some learning disorders and inefficient of loanwords. In addition, the memorized and exercised of loanwords are lags far behind the other Japanese script. A unique feature of this article is to help to overcome this difficulty. The author attempts to generalize the phonetic distinction corresponding between the loanwords and Japanese Characters. Especially, loanwords are established in English, and this thesis will to analyze the contrast of the vowels and consonants with the English and Japanese. Furthermore, cause of the Taiwanese learners of English used the K.K. phonetic symbols, and therefore that were to be used in this article. The thesis concludes a brief introduction, conclusion and four chapters. The introduction presents the research motivation, advance studies, issues, perspective ambit and methods. Chapter 1 is devoted to the characteristic between Japanese characters and loanwords. Chapter 2 and 3 studied on vowels and consonants, and advanced the contrast between in K.K. phonetic symbols and IPA symbols. Then in chapter 4, given an analysis of articles for daily used words but being left out of the basic and intermediate teaching materials and textbooks. General conclusion for the whole thesis, the loanwords are one of the most significant studies of Japanese leaning and the greater part is originated from English. In Taiwan, the loanwords are often considered a difficult part.
