For dealing with the trends of global operations, many domestic large enterprises follow the transnational operation management model the organizations become larger and complex, resulting in stronger demand of integration, control of enterprise resources, flow control and information of enterprises. The global Logistics management becomes a vital key element in gaining a competitive advantage for the global enterprise of the twenty-first century, using the global Logistics management to create the new management model, and the complete integrations of logistics, business flow, capital flow, and information flow. Facing with worldwide competition and challenge, many countries begin to develop global Logistics management in recent years. The R.O.C. government also starts aggressively pushing correlative plans of the G.L.M. to improve the global competition advantage of large domestic enterprises. Starting from January, 1995, the plans include “The Plan for Developing Taiwan as an Asia-pacific Regional Operations Center” in 1995 “Global Logistics management plan” in 2000 and “Challenge 2008 national Development Plan-Business Headquarters” in 2003. The purposes of this study are analyzing the use of operation strategies from the global Logistics point of view. How the host computer board industry of Taiwan uses the global strategies to improve the enterprise Logistics abilities, seeking the global competitive advantage.
