碩士 === 世新大學 === 觀光學研究所(含碩專班) === 95 === While Taiwan joining WTO(World Trade Organization, WTO) in 2002 and going through its economic impact, numerous of traditional agriculture industries have changed their business forms. Most of them have been devoted to leisure service industries in order to take the effect of foreign products; moreover, the leisure agriculture seems the most important form of transformation agriculture lately. The most famous flowers and plants place is in Tianwei Township, Changhua County. It is the model of transformation industry forms and it push all the tourism and leisure industries at the same time in Changhua County. The purpose of this study is to examine the economical impacts’cognition and attitude about the proprietors of leisure agriculture industry of flowers and plants in Tianwei Township, Changhua County. The result indicates only 1/6 interviewers can understand more about leisure agriculture; it also shows that most flowers and plants owners do not have sufficient understanding about their work. They tend to not to develop or transfer their business into leisure agriculture in the future. In addition, the result also discover most of the interviewees in this study think that developing leisure agriculture is positive for our whole economical impacts’ cognition; however, most interviewees in this study still think there will be no effects or negative effects in some issues, its remains as a matter to be concerned.
