Summary:碩士 === 樹德科技大學 === 金融保險研究所 === 95 === Due to demographic transition, changes of family structure and the increasing population of the elder people in Taiwan, there are getting more elders who cannot handle the daily life well for whom need to be taken care of. The National Health Insurance, the pension and the new regulation of labor’s insurance carried out by the government are in the long term the minimum welfare measures to secure the elder’s lives; therefore, what is insufficient needs to make up for by personal or by the commercial insurance. As long as the life insurance dealers in Taiwan had noticed the potential of the market of this kind of commercial insurance, seven companies in succession put long-term care up for sale, though the total premium were about 830 million according to the statistics up to the June in 2005 which accounted for a few percents in the selling of life insurance. This research wants to assist by planning behavior theories with the social cognition theories, to inquire into the insurance sale of the Long-term care insurance salesman behavior, in complexity and related and professional knowledge of merchandise was pointed out by research have no notable just toward influence.
