The Balanced Scorecard (BSC), including four perspectives of financial, customer, internal business, and learning and growth, is considered to be one of the efficient performance measurement tools utilized popularly in the world. The BSC also plays a role of the strategic management system and communication tool to translate company’s visions and strategies into specific activities. Hence, this study uses the BSC to examine the business performances for a case study in Taiwan. The results indicate that there are different perceptions among departments for internal business process and learning and growth; there are different perceptions among job status for customer, internal business process, and learning and growth; there are different perceptions among work experiences for learning and growth perspective.
