Summary:碩士 === 南台科技大學 === 電機工程系 === 95 === The motive of this paper is to research and analysis the difference that between with the traditional LGP with printing pattern and diffusion LGP in optical simulation, and we will be verify the result that the diffusion LGP could be raise the effective and reduce the cost. The paper is described how to use the diffusion theory into the traditional LGP and reduce the time of process, it may could be replace the method of making traditional LGP that waste time and resource. First of all, we use optical simulation software (ASAP) to build a complete printing LGP and a diffusion LGP module, than optimize the tradition one to be a comparison module to the diffusion one. In addition, we changed the size and the density of the diffusion particle and than simulated the diffusion LGP. At last, we also try to use the prism microstructure and ladder shape idea to the LGP to observe the effect of it. We use the different condition to observe the effect that changing the size and density of the diffusion particle, and the result is: the more smaller the sphere radius is, the stronger of the ability of diffusion, than we can verify that the LGP would be impacted the ability of reflection by adding diffusion particle, than we can adjust the light by changing particle size and density. Besides, we also can add the ladder shape LGP concept to reduce the amount of diffusion particle to reach the purpose of cost down. In addition, add the micro-structure prism also can be guide the light, it’s means that the theory that we described was verified.
