Summary: | 碩士 === 東海大學 === 化學工程學系 === 95 === This study presents the CO-sensing properties of La0.8Sr0.2Co1-XCuXO3 based perovskite structure films which were prepared by the sol-gel and spin coating methods. In addition, Co2+ ions were replaced by Cu2+ ions at the B-site to form the substitutional solution without demolished the perovskite structure. The influence on the CO-sensing properties due to doping of Cu, different operating temperatures, and different annealing temperatures were studied.
The results indicate that the La0.8Sr0.2Co1-XCuXO3 films reveal a single perovskite phase in the range of 0 ≦ x ≦ 1. When Cu doped to the La0.8Sr0.2Co1-XCuXO3 films, there is a maximum sensitivity obtained at x = 0.5. The films have better CO-sensing properties at room temperature than other operating temperatures. The La0.8Sr0.2Co1-XCuXO3 films annealed at 600 ℃ and 650 ℃ have the same sensitivities. When the thermal treatment is above 700 ℃, the sensitivity is obvious lower.
In addition, when a suitable amount of metallic Pt was deposited onto the La0.8Sr0.2Co1-XCuXO3 film surface, the film shows a lower resistivity and thus gives a higher sensitivity.
