The mold with MCCSs was fabricated using many techniques such as micro machining and mirror surface disposing. At last the mold with MCCSs and micro thermal pressing process were applied to fabricate high reflectivity microcrystalline membrane. In this research, the important features include the designs with MCCSs and the simulation of microcrystalline membrane’s reflectivity. The simulation was used for evaluation the reflective efficiency before the production of mold. According the simulation results, the better microcrystalline membrane designs have been produced and saved a lot of production cost. Finally, we have successfully fabricated the reflective microcrystalline membrane with MCCSs. Results shown that the better reflective efficiency of the microcrystalline membrane can be obtained due to the improvement in origin cube corner model design.
