The domestic airlines issue the joint member card with bank to discover the useful information in the massive member transactions, and to grasp the main customer spending conditions. Then the domestic airlines could stimulate the promotion by designing the corresponding market strategy for each customer segmentation. The purpose of this research is to explore the correlation between member characteristic and card spending transactions by analyzing the member demographic data and card transaction records. A model was built to further generalize a conclusion for the relationship between members and the travel times by domestic airplan. The conclusion will help the promotion for the joint member card customers. The results are briefly listed as followed: First, to explore data mining, joint aviation member card, and member transaction by literature review. Second, to explore the relationship between member characteristic, card spending behavior and the domestic airline travel times. Third, to draft the loyalty promotion strategy of joint aviation card members.
