The data were analyzed by statistical analysis methods including descriptive statistical analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis, t-test and ANOVA analysis. The results of this research, after empirical study and discussion, indicate that: 1.The followership orientation has significant effect in follower''s perceived effectiveness. 2.There''s significant moderating effect of follower''s personality on follower''s perceived effectiveness to the followership orientation. 3.There''s significant difference in personal personality on followership orientation.
