The major purposes of this research are: (1) to probe into the follower''s perceived effectiveness to the followership orientation, (2) to probe into the moderating effect of follower''s personality on follower''s perceived effectiveness to the followership orientation, and (3) to probe into the differences in personal personality on followership orientation. The major research variables in this study are followership orientation, follower''s personality, and perceived effectiveness. After reviewing the related literature, the framework and hypotheses in this study were constructed. To test the hypotheses, this research conducted an empirical survey questionnaires, and 450 questionnaires were issued through convenience sampling to the employees working in the banking and insurance industries in Taiwan; As a result, 413 questionnaires are available. The data were analyzed by statistical analysis methods including descriptive statistical analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis, t-test and ANOVA analysis. The results of this research, after empirical study and discussion, indicate that: 1.The followership orientation has significant effect in follower''s perceived effectiveness. 2.There''s significant moderating effect of follower''s personality on follower''s perceived effectiveness to the followership orientation. 3.There''s significant difference in personal personality on followership orientation.
