That makes the serious decrease of voltage in the end of the transmission lion. No matter in the city or rural power distribution system, capacitor allocation is applied to correct voltage and reduce power loss. Generally speaking, the problem of capacitor allocation includes the location, type, and size of capacitor in the radiation type power distribution system under different load conditions. This paper present a Immune multi-objective method to shunt capacitor placement and sizing for the radial distribution, to deal with this Optimization question. This work proposes the two-stage immune algorithm embedded with the compromise programming to the multi-objective optimal capacitor placement. Two Goal function are defined for Lost cost of power loss and the variation of voltage for the 9-bus system, limit function are defined for Voltage and total losses of power. In order to appraise the subjectivity to every goal function, for the persons who take charge and the uncertainty of the parameter. Finally, use MATLAB language to realize the algorithm which this paper presents.
