This kind of zither is coneidered the revolution in Chinese Zheng development history. With the newly developed shape, it broadens the octaves from three to four. That is to say, it is added a whole octave. After Opium War, the modern Chinese history was highly influenced by the concept of modernization. The zheng is under the affect of external environments, like political factor, the professional education system build, and the modern association. The zheng also makes some improvements in compass increasing, volume increasing, and instrument making standardization. Thus, S-shape bridge (Yue-San) 21 nylon strings Zheng got the time meaning of “ Modernization” This study starts from Chinese history, collects the related essays for analysis, studies the affect of the “ Modernization” of Zheng in Politics, Society and Zheng education. Through computer vocal software analysis, we can understand the zheng’s effective string’s length and if the inside of the panel with bass bar will affect harmonics. Through this study, there are some results as below. 一、Analysis of the different effective string’s length. 1. The effective string length: the first string is 15cm and the 21st string is 83cm is the better option for the 21st string. 二、Free Vibration of Panel. 1.
