Description
Summary:碩士 === 東南技術學院 === 防災科技研究所 === 95 === As the implementation of two-day weekends in recent years, leisure businesses emerged, among which Inn is the most popular. Consequently, there are a lot of relative studies, such as research on the adequacy of development strategy, development problems and management rules of Inn, research on the Inn operation problems, Inn owners’ sales promotion and significant factors of success, and so on. Reviewing the domestic literatures above, we find that the research orientations mostly focus on Inn operation and management; however, there are few researches on Inn Hazards management. Therefore, this research is focusing on the risk of Inn hazard, aiming to find out Inn hazards, and think out countermeasures to resolve or improve them, helping the owners to know where these hazards exist, so that they can take precautions. In addition, it can offer relative information that will be helpful to researcher in the future. This research involves 114 Inns in Taipei County by a questionnaire survey of the risk of Inn hazard. The main content of questionnaire is classified as followings: 1. Statutory policy; 2. Infrastructure; 3. Operation; 4. Impact; 5. Natural Disaster, and so on. Natural Disaster includes 1. Earthquake; 2. Flood and typhoon; 3. Landslide; and so on. According to statistics, analysis and discussion of the questionnaire results of every kind of hazard, we induce the most serous problems of Inn hazards and work out solutions or improvement programs for each problem as a reference to Inn owners and following researches. We expect that it will be helpful to Inn owners to manage relative hazards and improve service quality.
