With the experiment process, three players throw flexible and straight elbow throwing respectively. The pitchers’ flexible and straight elbow throwing motion were recorded by using high speed camera and digital camera and using Kwon3D software to do the analysis. The result of study was followed conclusion: 1.Softball pitchers’ throwing angles and angular velocity of flexible and straight elbow throwing motion had non-significant difference. 2.Softball pitchers’ ball speed of flexible and straight elbow throwing motion had non-significant difference. 3.Softball pitchers’ segment velocity and acceleration of flexible and straight elbow throwing motion had significant difference. 4.Softball pitchers’ motion of flexible and straight elbow throwing was not different, besides follow throwing. An o softball pitcher should had controlling activity, angular velocity and angular acceleration to flexible and straight elbow throwing in order to increase accuracy and avoid mistake, and hold down opponent attract to reach the greatest effect of throwing.
