And according to many domestic scholars invented sports leadership and players’ satisfaction degree measurement form to be as an instrument for “ university Level one women’s volleyball coach’s leadership and players satisfaction degree” to research players’ perceptional and coach’s leadership, players’ preference for coach’s leadership difference, the relationship between university level one women’s volleyball coach’s leadership and players’ satisfaction degree. Research outcome reveal that: 1. Perceptional and fond coach’s leadership order are: Care behavior, Encouragement behavior, Training and Guidance, Democracy behavior, Tyrant behavior. 2. University A class women’s volleyball players perception background is different, coach’s leadership have distinguished difference on Care behavior, Encouragement behavior, Training and Guidance, Democracy behavior, Tyrant behavior. 3. University A class women’s volleyball players fond background is different, coach’s leadership have distinguished difference on Care behavior, Encouragement behavior, Training and Guidance, Democracy behavior, Tyrant behavior. 4. Perceptional care behavior, fond democracy behavior, perceptional encouragement behavior, perceptional tyrant behavior to research players’ satisfaction degree for coach’s leadership have prediction ability.
