Method: 16 students of Taipei Physical Education College, 10 male and 6 female (aged 20.75+ 1.84 years old) with a minimum of 1 year of experience in archery. Archery performance was tested and used for grouping the archers into biofeedback training and control group before starting the training. Biofeedback training group was subjected to biofeedback training for 30 minutes each time, 4 times a week for 5 weeks. The Both archery performance and heart rate data were collected before the training, 2 weeks during the training, 5 weeks during the training, and 2 weeks after the training. Results showed that: 1. Five weeks of HR biofeedback training is effective in reducing heart rate during archery performance. 2. Five weeks of HR biofeedback training is effective in enhancing archery performance. 3. Effects of five weeks of HR biofeedback training don’t last after 2 weeks of stop training.
