The lock mechanism is one of handle important designs, this study is collected to various countries of literature, patent communique and product catalogs, utilize TRIZ theory to apply to the development of the lock design, find out the question correlation parameter, and seeks appears the frequency to be high, more important innovation theory takes concept of the development. This window handle lock mechanism to use components at least can is it can accord with the standard regulation even more to reach. The study is with the existing uPVC window handle products, found using the TRIZ theory the evasion patent the new design, It’s finally carries on manufacture the mockup, make the handle designed let lock device can turn on and turn off proving, and may complete in the shortest time, saves the manufacturing cost and enhances the competitiveness.
