Description
Summary:碩士 === 大同大學 === 資訊工程學系(所) === 95 === In recent years, more and more customers like to shop on the Internet. To attract more customers, it is necessary for the enterprises to develop electronic commerce. However, the current electronic commerce design can only meet some people’s requirement due to the lack of sufficient introductions to products. Besides, most customers still enjoy the eye-to-eye shopping experience and this is why the virtual firms cannot completely replace the real stores. To supplement the limited space in the catalogues, a new shopping system is designed for the cell phone subscribers. The proposed system is based on the QR Code technique. Customers only snapshot the pictures of QR Code and the products information can be easily browsed on the cell phone screen. Since QR Code is different from the traditional barcode, we exploit it to embed in our design. Through linking the web server and the database to the 3G networks, the proposed concept will become a new shopping mode. Not only customers can use their own cell phones to shop everywhere but also the proposed system can provide personalized recommended product lists to customers with the implementation of the collaborative filtering method. The recommendation mechanism can help users find out the products that they may be interested in. Since QR Code symbols are printed on the products the figures may be damaged easily. So we make some error tolerance experiments for the QR Codes that are used in the system. After doing the experiments, the QR Codes used in the system can reach the error correction level of 30% and thus can be used in a mobile environment. Moreover, we do some more experiments on the response time of designed functions. The results show that the response time is less than ten seconds. The experimental results have verified the applicability of the proposed system. Our design can provide cell phone users an efficient shopping mode not the same as before.
