For motor control system,we use the method of frequence response to estimate the relation between input and output,that is transfer function,we use transfer function to find autotuning of AC Servo Motor.we also use method of relay feedback,we use relay in control system to find out ultimate gain and ultimate frequence of control system.and then we use ultimate gain and ultimate frequence to find out autotuning of AC Servo Motor. finally we use vector control method to complete control of position to make machine to roll-line. the input of position control is generated by encoder of AC Servo Motor,The AC Servo motor of position control has 1100rpm to start machine which can roll-line.
