| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 營建工程系碩士班 === 95 === Excellent urban development is based on the perfect urban-safety system, that is also the important index of urban function competition. After 921 Gi-Gi Earthquake the weakness and insufficiency of disaster-prevention in Taiwan was revealed completely. How to establish an effective disaster-prevention planning becomes great urgency.
This study is try to establish such a planning in MinXiong township. This planning based on 『the synthesis hand-book of urban disaster-prevention planning in Taiwan』edited by ABRI.gov.Taiwan.
First, to examine the original danger elements control the factors of disaster.
Second, review the urban space of MinXiong city to check the defect of disaster-prevention system, and with readjust urban-planning to construct.
1. The disaster rescue and refuge routes and it’s replace methods.
2. The disaster rescue and emergency response command center.
3. The refuge basement.
4. Medical care facilities.
5. Rescue-materials supply facilities.
6. Pipeline rescue system.
Last, trying to construct a model project of rescue and refuge Facilities in the school campus for the neighborhood.
This research should use investigated geographic information and professional advices to establish disaster-rescuing and refusing space plan. May this study results should become a model planning for the urban disaster-prevention in the local city.
