Study a method through the cultural heritage, interview...etc. in the thesis, inquire into the development history that the Ku-Keng coffee lasts long and leave behind down of nature, humanities resource, these have a worth resource how to expand and is used for the school local teaching.This thesis also integrates the current conditions of elementary school education by the local industry of all countries in Yunlin County of the questionnaire to educate by understanding currently local industry in Yunlin County and elementary school of relation, and try to understanding elementary school teacher to integrate curricular viewpoint and promote a last difficulty to the local industry.And for pushing coffee industry to integrate an local teaching activity, the writer also carries out the related curriculum of the coffee industry in person in the class, looking for local cultural education to integrate an local educational better way.
