It is commonplace that we use Printed Circuit Board (PCB) in manufacturing electronic products. PCB is considered to be the upstream of the industry. Its production and performance often directly influences final product outputs. However, the production abandonment has existed in the manufacturing industry regardless of the high-quality equipment, outstanding employees, and perfect work flow. Thus, quality control becomes the important factor that all industries should take seriously. In order to enhance production and avoid unnecessary waste, controlling losses appears to be essential. Since quality control is precisely the most successful factor in this competitive market, we have to come up with a long-term solution to control our losses. Therefore, this thesis primarily focuses on the MRB systems in the PCB industry. We will use the information provided by the MRB systems, use the statistical analysis method to manage PCB abandonment data information and system regulation. With a case study and the 7-step-quality-improvement, we will conclude a new model working on the quality improvement circulation.
