The number of mobile vehicles and motorcycles is increasing quickly and the environmental pollution is going from bad to worse. So the main environmental pollution makers are mobile vehicles and motorcycles. The main usage of petroleum is also for mobile vehicles and motorcycles. The exhaust emission of mobile vehicles and motorcycles is the major cause. Owing to the global energy crisis, the energy conservation and environmental protection awareness have become more important. The alternative fuels and techniques could be invented quickly. People guest operational function for motorcycles to have the electric circuit device of automobiles and scooters. Manu for furs to produce the greatest improvement in limited mechanism space and protect the environment as well. So, there are many researchers and R/D units of automobile and scooter companies are looking for the better solutions. The key points of this article owe to study the fabulist of adopting the advanced auto mobile systems into the motorcycle system in order to reducing the energy consumption and exhaust emission of vehicles and enhance the efficiency of energy usage. Some systems, including control combustion effect of engine, design of gear theory, electric energy, and utilized efficiency of compound energy are all controlled by computer.
