The reverse angle of relaxes under different temperature and torsion was compared with their interrelation with micro-structural features and mechanical properties. The addendum part investigated the semisolid process of Thixo-casting of magnesium alloys . The calcium which was activity was added to the magnesium alloys. It has a great effect upon making the magnesium alloys ignition point enhancement. We, therefore, used the alloy AMCa602 for die casting and discussed its formability.
