How to reduce a negative impact of job stress on personal physical-mental health and job satisfaction will be a crucial topic to all the enterprises. The main objective of this study is to verify effect of job stress and social support (i.e. bosses’ support and colleagues’ support) on physical-mental health and job satisfaction, and further investigate whether social support influences the relationship between job stress and physical-mental health, and the relationship between job stress and job satisfaction. The research target of this study focuses on R&D personnel of military and collects 280 valid copies of user surveys for hierarchical regression analysis and verification. The research result exhibits the job stress makes a negative impact on personnel physical-mental health and job satisfaction. In addition, social support makes a positive impact on personnel physical-mental health and job satisfaction. On the other hand, the result exhibits more bosses’ support as moderator can reduce a negative impact of job stress on personal physical-mental health. But fewer bosses’ support increase a negative impact of job stress on personnel job satisfaction. However, colleague’s support as moderator does not make any impact on relationship between job stress, physical-mental health and job satisfaction. There are below suggestions according to above research result. To appropriately provide social support can stimulate personnel physical-mental health and job satisfaction. To use bosses’ support can effectively reduce a negative impact of job stress on physical-mental health, but the bosses’ support cannot be an effective buffer for personnel job satisfaction. Therefore, it needs another moderator for further investigation on how to reduce a negative impact of job stress on personnel job satisfaction. Mei-Ling Wang 汪美伶 2008 學位論文 ; thesis 100 zh-TW |
