The system uses DTMF modulation as the method of wireless transmission, while PIC18 microprocessor was used o be the core of electronic circuit. Based on the reliable programming as well as design of electronic circuit, the system implement the request of MAV payload such as small volume, light weight and low transmission error rate. Consequently, the MAV successfully transmit aerial and navigation signals to the ground receiver via wireless link, which facilitates ground user to acquire the desired flight information and intelligence. The scope of the research includes the transmission data formatting, PIC microprocessor programming, electronic circuit design, and the integrated interface display and transmission error rate analysis of the ground receiver. According to the practical flying test, the developed system is verified to be applicable.
