The research object of this research with the junior high school of Chia-yi city get for lord .Sampling in the school according to public school in Chia-yi city 96 academic year, student's roll samples the public junior high school of whole Chia-yi city.The aggregate samples 1680 people(calculate by a class of 35 people) .This research adopts to investigate the way of the questionnaire to the junior high school to get to carry on testing .Studying tool to deliberate Ruei-Lung Jeng(2006) publication “the child maltreatment and the youth deviation question and preventing ” in a book youth family life experience and the behavior questionnaire examination table young people deviation behavior from the scale primarily. Chiou-Guei Jang (2004) develops “parent-child relationship” scale and the parents domestic violence scale which becomes according to the CTS2 Chinese translation revision. The questionnaire survey procedure and selects suits topic of the this research demand to take the survey junior high school students behavior the target. Measurement tools include the scale of violence witnessed parents domestic, parent-child relationship scale, the scale of deviation behavior. This research uses SPSS10.0 to carry on the descriptive statistics, the supposition test, the regression analysis.  The results showed that (1)This findings point out that the parents domestic violence circular black number is very serious. (2)The different growth background junior high school students in witnessed in the parents domestic violence has the significance difference(3)The different growth background junior high school students have the significance difference in the parent-child rlationship .(4)The junior high school students witness parents domestic violence and parent-child relationship have the significance inverse correlation.(5)Witnessed parents domestic violence can predict that the junior high school students deviation behavior effectively.(6)The parent-child relationship can predict that the junior high school deviation behavior effectively.(7)Witnessed parents domestic violence and parent-child relationship can unite to predict that the junior high school gets deviation behavior effectively .  This research knows that witness the parents domestic violence and parent-child relationship have the forecast strength to the junior high school students deviation behavior. According to the research data display witness the parents domestic violence is less, the parent-child relationship is better, the junior high school students deviation behavior can be less. This research suggested the government should concentrate on a house to suddenly and violently notify the transparency of mechanism with really turn, carry out counseling integrating of resource easy to be suddenly and violently subjected to a family to ask for help, strengthen premarital education of guide. The school should strengthen the teacher to domestic violence identification and the counseling knowledge,carry out the related knowledge to guide the domestic violence to student. And psychologist and social worker enter the school to help counseling work.
