| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立中正大學 === 企業管理所 === 96 === The researches on business and green issues are more and more important by green tendency. However, these researches only discuss the responding strategy adopted the usinesses sector because of stricter regulations. Only few of researchers discuss the factors which drive the businesses to do green innovation technologies.
Based on the explanations above, this study brings up three main factors influencing green innovation technologies activities. The purpose of this essay is trying to figure out whether green innovation technology was positively associated with the corporate innovation performance.
The samples of questionnaire research are mainly from 25000 companies in Taiwan ranking information of China Credit Information Service in 2007. This study targets on manager、product manager、marketing manager、environmental manager and senior engineer.458 questionnaires (155 valid questionnaires retrieved, retrieving rate: 33.8%) were sent out during the period of Dec.2007~ Feb.2008. This study uses SPSS 12.0 to analyze survey data. We test descriptive statistic, credibility analysis, relativity analysis and use regression analysis to examine the proposed hypotheses.
The result of study shows: (1)Green innovation technology has positive influence over technology innovation capability、research and development investment and international activity. (2)The green innovation technology is positive associated with innovation performance. (3)When the size of organization was bigger, the green innovation technology would have greater impact on corporate innovation performance. (4)The degree of positive impact of green innovation technology on the innovation performance was neither related to first-leader technology strategy.
