If the construct of supply chain can reach the requirement of the enterprise will be the essential factors to keep the growing up of manufacturing industry. Making satisfactory policies, conducting information technology, strengthening the relationship between partners in supply chain, improving the operating process and preventing consuming may make the enterprise keeping intensive competitiveness. This study attempts to organize the executives in supply chain management. The supply chain management practices include: strategic supplier partnership, customer partnership, information sharing, information quality and internal lean practices and postponement. We discuss the operating practice and the focus points on supply chain management in manufacturing industry and analysis the influence factors consisted of relative power, strategy, E-integration, trust, commitment and reciprocity to explore the considering factors of developing supply chain management models. Questionnaires are administered to collect the data of manager be related to Supply Chain of the first 1000 manufacturing industries and 408 useful responses were retrieved. The study used structural equation modeling to analyze the samples. The findings of this paper are as follows: 1. Strategy has positively effect on the SCM Practices. 2. E-Integration has positively effect on the SCM Practices. 3. Trust has positively effect on the SCM Practices. 4. Commitment has positively effect on the SCM Practices. 5. Reciprocity has positively effect on the SCM Practices.
