Therefore, the network products and services provided by Internet service providers (ISP) are highly related with the competency ability of enterprises. The purpose of this study is the needs of enterprise customers’ factor analyses for design of corporate Internet products and services by deeply investigating IT staffs and project managers of the large enterprises and large-scale systems Integration Company about six different dimensions designed by this study... From the study, it summed up the importance of the five categories of demand from six different dimensions results. We found that the highest important category is the stability and availability of corporate Internet products and services, and the second one is the maintenance category. ISPs can base on this classification and recommendations for designation reference.
