Currently, data on molecular biology is still growing at an exponential rate, various new aspects and associations are being discovered, where integrative methodologies and tools in information management can be used to alleviate those needs. This thesis proposed to develop a query automation system for Biological information employed under web service composition techniques to integrate Bioinformatics services. The main goal of this study is to demonstrate the potentials of composite of Bioinformatics web service, hence this query automation system implemented on the Human Genome only, where the query system is fully automated initiated manually by input a user’s queries; the system stores the resultant data and then integrated the information which the search service brings back, at the local site. Furthermore, with the rich, integrated recourses and tools provided at European Bioinformatics Institute (EBI), this system can be further extended and developed into a comprehensive system, such as to include information on alternative splicing and protein domains.
