Because getting information is convenience, to protect privacy of electronic medical information is more important. In practical, some academics address the papers of related e-prescription system to improve the e-prescription system in medical environment. But the e-prescription system has issues that anonymity of doctor, the proxy to collects the medicine, and the process of system unavailability. So, in this thesis, we propose an e-prescription system. The system includes insurer, hospital, patient and pharmacy et al. To modify recent e-prescription system is to strengthen applicability of process and to protect privacy of people and security of prescription in this mechanism. Let patient’s prescription and process of patient to take the medicine can controlled more effective. In addition, we improved proxy signature in original system and added a group signature scheme to apply within pharmacy and chemist, hospital and doctor, respectively, to guarantee proxy and privacy issue between hospital and doctor, pharmacy and chemist. In this thesis, we propose two schemes can achieve basic security feature of group signature and proxy signature respective, for example anonymity and traceability of group signature, distinguishability of proxy signature, and constructed upon ID-Based respective and proxy signature achieve the ability of message recovery.
