In present ammunition management of Military, traditional human-aided transportation is still adopted. This method causes accidents of missing ammunition and makes the society feel shocked and terrified. However, present situation can be improved when introducing RFID, and this also involves many complicated levels. This thesis surveyed and concluded key factors that help business success in introducing RFID. The established evaluation criteria is derived from Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). With AHP, analyzing the weightings of different evaluation criteria can be achieved. The thesis concludes the order of weightings are cost efficiency analysis, goal of integrated strategy, pre-development programming, support of chief officers, acceptation cognition of technology, ability of charged team, information technology (IT)fundamental construction, configuration of organization, interaction of organization, competition pressure, promotion of policy standard, compatibility and superior integrity of technologies. The result shows great consistency with general trend and differs from military tactics considerations before. With cost efficiency analysis as core, pre-development programming lowering risk, goal of integrated strategy as assistance, Military ammunition management would greatly improve and make success.
