In order to provide mobile, immediateness, and accuracy for nursing operation, the nursing-station hospital information system is already replaced by mobile nursing information system. We separated nurses into two parts, experimental group (51 nurses have any experience of using mobile nursing-cart) and control group (52 nurses have not any experience of using mobile nursing-cart), via questionnaire survey, applied TAM to examine factors related to nurses’ acceptance for the use of mobile nursing station in hospitals. The research results show: (1)Two groups assume that the mobile nursing information system is faster than nursing-station hospital information system (p<0.01). (2) In the convenience aspect, nursing-station hospital information system are significantly higher than mobile nursing information system in the experimental group, that is contrary to control group (p<0.05). (3) The experimental group, to compare the control group, more agrees that mobile nursing information system is easier (p<0.05). (4) For experimental group, “Perceived Usefulness” is the key on the intention to use of mobile nursing information system (p<0.001), and “Attitude” is the most concerned by the control group (p<0.05). According to the result, besides considering the ease-to-use interface, nurses should receive previous training courses and system designers should communicate sufficiently with users in order to consist with demand before using the mobile nursing information system.
