Summary:碩士 === 中華大學 === 科技管理學系(所) === 96 === With the multiplicative sight-seers from China, their consumption abilities could be at a lower level, and the accommodations of hotels are insufficient. The purpose of the study is to study hotels and the background is how to improve hotel qualities of the plan of the multiplicative sight-seers by the Ministry of Transportation and Communications of Administrative Yuan, and which is a questionnaire for that senior and executive managements working in hotels. The study investigates their core competency: the significance and self-expression status of the marketing management, human resources management, financial resources management, product development management, and professional knowledge management. Moreover, the study will use One-way ANOVA, t-test, and Important-Performance Analysis (I.P.A.), which stand for the importance of the core competency and Matrix tables of self-Performance, to analyze the middle, senior and executive level managements’ core competency. The results of data analysis are that human resources management and professional knowledge management are important core competency, and they have good self-expressions. They should be kept. This study suggests that the project for exalting budget hotel quality and educational training offered by the government in the future should focus on “marketing management” and “financial resources management.”
