碩士 === 中華大學 === 科技管理學系(所) === 96 === ABSTRACT Police officers always bear a lot of physiological and mental stress due to the fatalness and urgency of their jobs, the criminal investigation police officers especially. Therefore, the relationships between criminal investigation police officers’ stress resources and their stress responses are discussed in this study. The results demonstrate that the police officers’ seniority affects the stress from district diversification significantly. The location of police station has significant effect on the stress from the limitation and district complexity. However, the police officers’ individual background has no significant influence upon the stress from the jobs. As the response of stress, gender has significant effect on the stress response of physiology and mental. The marriage status has significant impact on the stress response of family harmony. The education background affects the stress response of metal and family harmony significantly. The police station’s location significantly influences the stress response of physiology. Moreover, the police officers’ individual background has no significant influence on the stress response. Finally, as for the relationship between the stress resources and stress response, the stress from limitation has positive relationship with the stress response of family harmony. Oppositely, the stress from district diversification related with the stress response of family harmony negatively. The stress response of physiology has positive impact on the stress from limitation. The stress response of metal has also effect the stress from limitation, councilor pressures and working environment positively. However, the stress response of metal has negative impact on the stress from the social security satisfaction. Keywords: Criminal Investigation Police Officers, Work Stress, Stress Response
