The final TiO2 film is made by using 7nm TiO2 powder and annealing with 150℃ temperature. The TCO transparency and resistivity was studied first, then the dye-sensitized solar cells power efficiency with graphite anode and added with dye into TiO2 film was also analyzed. The resistivity and transparency at 400nm~700nm of annealed ITO and AZO are measured by KEITHLEY 4200 and spectrophotometer.
