影響大學生選擇工作之主要考量因素

This research is to probe into the state influencing the Chu-edu student of university to choose the main factor to the work in the future, is it can find out the very crux of question to hope, expectantly ,question of employment can be benefitted to some extent to student graduate at present. This research collects the questionnaire by regarding as floor in the institute. There are 380 effective questionnaires altogether, investigate it has been from March of 2008 to April of 2008 during period. The materials that this research institute collects use SPSS 13.0, EXCEL2003, is it descriptive statistics, t test,one-way ANOVA, factor analysis etc ,to make a variation to use. After factor analyses,not extract by influence the student of university of six pieces for factor where work choose of future and not name including: Job requirements and guarantee, recreation and social factor, treatment transferred and promoted factor, Company attribute and develop factor, Company system and have a holiday factor, family and friend's factor. We make a variation and count and analyse that assay six factors and basic materials with one-way ANOVA, receive the following result: It is job requirements and guarantee to influence students to choose the main factor for the work in the future. Finally, this research and researches and proposes relevant suggestions in the future to school, student according to the result of study. Keyword: descriptive statistics, t test,one-way ANOVA.
