碩士 === 長榮大學 === 企業管理學系碩士班 === 98 === Due to the rise of economic in Chinese area, the "Guanxi" topic gradually become an important role in the study of Chinese organizational behavior. And the psychological contract research was ascendant abroad. But concerns of the psychological contract is slightly less in Taiwan. On the other hand, despite the "Guanxi" study has been extended to Business administration field from psychology and sociology in recent years. However, the fact is that many problems still exist and need to discovery. This study was generalized a conclusion from result of past research in dimensions of "Guanxi" and type of psychological contracts, and for the further inference which is relevant. The results showed: the "Guanxi" orientation include affective orientation and instrumental orientation, and psychological contract can be divided into relational psychological contract and transactional psychological contract.
