Especially, living in the rapidly changing environment, innovation is critical for maintaining competitive environment. Thought the high-tech industry provides employees with higher salary and better future prospect, it relatively creates a high-pressure environment. Working pressure as a social issue influences not only individual emotion but also their performance, furthermore affects the sustainable operation of the industry. However, as the changes in structure of global human resources, females start to devote in the employment market. Since females play a multiple role under social expectation, their working pressure is thus considered to be higher than male in the rapidly innovative and high-competitive high-tech industry that cause negative influence on physical, mental and behavioral aspects. Therefore, the main purpose of this research is to discuss the female employees in high-tech industry over aspects of social support, sources of working pressure, working pressure and creativity. After using regression analysis, hierarchical regression analysis, etc, statistical methods, we get through several findings as follow: 1.Social support has negative influence on working pressure. 2.Source of working pressure has negative influence on working pressure. 3.There is no significant relationship between working pressure and creativity. 4.Through the moderating effect of working pressure, there is no significant relationship between source of working pressure and creativity. 5.The interaction between source of working pressure and social support has significant intervention effect on creativity. 6.The interaction between working pressure and social support has no significant intervention effect on creativity.
