And the one that regarded supporting in the society as and interfered working performance is in a disguised form. Originally this research structure regards working pressure as the leading parameter, the working performance, in order to depend on parameters, the work is met and managed with mood for intermediary''s parameter, the society supports and carries on the real example in order to interfere parameters. Understand working pressure influence working result of performance heavy, or working pressure meet with mood is it influence working performance result heavy to managing through work also. And whether the society has result of interfering to the working performance to support. Relevant documents mostly regarded industrial circle as the real example target in the past, originally grind and choose to regard public organ of investigation bureau as the research object, because the public organ feels it is the rigid treatment business for somebody, for asking the heart, changes pressure, asking progressing with the tendency of the day, so, will come to understand from personnel''s attitude and response first on the work whether working performance can be improved
