The mode switching have three mode : normal mode, grid voltage sag compensation (GVSC) mode and backup mode. The grid and WTG can provide to load, or the grid stand alone under normal mode. The battery compensated grid voltage sag quantity under GVSC mode, and then load’s voltage keep stability. The battery and WTG provided to load, or the battery stand alone under backup mode. Let the load’s power maintain stability in the three modes. The main topology is used single phase three-arm legs converter. The advantage is the efficiency higher then full bridge converter, simple control strategy and decrease the total harmonic distortion of the grid’s and load’s. The battery and WTG provided to load through hybrid charge/discharge converter, or the battery stand alone. The maximum power point (MPP) tracked by improved increment conductance (IIC) method, it arrived in MPP’s area through regulated duty ratio. The area have small variation, so the load’s power variation and the power losing can decrease. To test three modes and MPP tracking of the proposed system, the experiment change grid’s input voltage and wind speed. Let system experienced GVSC, the grid and WTG hybrid power, the battery hybrid with WTG, the grid stand alone and MPPT. To verify the system's stability and quality.
