In recent years, many libraries also hope to provide people with more convenient and quick services, to make a traditional book transformed into an e-book for storage, and then to make use of the Internet convenient and circulates, post up characters and media on Internet for people searching. This research according to read data of an University library, and to offer advice for readers to make shortens time in libraries; in this study: first, use Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) to analyze department class and read record, second, to swarm off aimed at reader. Finally, the study finds out the relations, and then use the rules to provide correction suggest for reader, increased the borrow book of desire and efficiency.
