In this research, the sampling space was composed the students of second and third grade. Likert scale was used. The total sampling number was 248; the recovery number was 200 and 164 copies are valid with valid rate 82%. The statistics methods such as the number distribution, percentage ratio, average number, standard deviation and ranking were applied to analyze the data. According to results, some conclusions were drawn: 1. The student’s hazard recognition of workshop safety for senior high school students at the vehicle department in Taichung can be attributed to good level. 2. The cognizance of personal security from public high school is better than that from private high school. 3. Students who have a preference to the subject “Living Technology” also have a better understanding in campus safety and sanitation , which is shown in the aspects of their“ perception of teacher’s teaching models” and “ their perception of teachers’ reminding of safety”. 4. The hazardous cognizance of “personal practical altitude”, ”personal security”, and “overall” level for students suffered from accidents at home is higher than those of students without sufferings. 5. There exists a significant difference of mother’s professionals among the “viewpoint for teacher’s teaching models”, “personal practical altitude”, ”personal security”, and “overall” level.
