A designed questionnaire was used to survey the relationship between the sales agents’ values and their understanding about interests of conflicts. A total of 375 questionnaires were sent and 300 collected (80% effective rate). The results included that there are different between the values and the interests of conflicts in terms of education background, incomes and job experience.
