Description
Summary:碩士 === 朝陽科技大學 === 營建工程系碩士班 === 96 === Economy and industry rapid development in recent year, it simultaneously grows many questions. On the one hand, the steel and iron of demand has increased year by year, the price of steel and iron upwardly climbs. It causes the ditch cover made by cast ton to be stolen and jeopardize passersby and traffic safety. On the other hand, it is the question of waste processing. Two minion tons of garbage had been produced under evaluation every year. The waste incinerator processed the majority of garbage, but it still had much fly ash as landfill to bury after the waste incinerator processing. Therefore, this study was included in above two major problems. Fly ash from incinerator and water-quenched slag from plasma for part replacement of cement or quartz powder was used as ultra-high performance concrete (UHPC) which might be manufacturing UHPC ditch cover being under discussion. The experimental items included mechanical properties of UHPC, ditch cover with 8 ho1es loading test, TCLP dissolve test, and etc. The standard loading test is 10 tons for the ditch cover. The results show that the compressive strength of UHPC decreases greatly as fly ash from incinerator or water-quenched slag from plasma for part replacement of cement or quartz powder increases. However, the flexural strength of UHPC decreases a little as fly ash from incinerator or water-quenched slag from plasma for part replacement of quartz powder increases. The results have also found out the UHPC ditch cover with 10% or 15% fly ash from incinerator enough bears 1O tons loading capacity. The corrosion problem on the surface of the UHPC ditch cover was found owing to fly ash from incinerator. The toxicity character leaching experiments (TCLP)test result also indicates that the heavy metal content is under the standard of regulation while adding fly ash from waste 1ncmerator to UHPC. As a result, it is feasible under current regulation requirement to replace part cement by the fly ash from waste incinerator for the UHPC ditch cover.
