Summary:碩士 === 朝陽科技大學 === 休閒事業管理系碩士班 === 96 === The purpose of this study is to realize the relationship among the volunteer’s locus of control, leisure involvement, flow experience and organization commitment. The study target is Taichung County Seaport Art Center 2008 qualified volunteer and methodology will be selected with questionnaire of「A Study on Factors of the Volunteer''s Flow Experience and Organizational Commitment」. The 131 sets valid questionnaires were collected. The conclusion of the research is summarized as follows. 1. Most of volunteers are trend to internal locus of control and especially for experienced 7~8 years whom male married and cadre members. 2. The volunteers are positive correlated to leisure involvement for voluntary service and psychologically involvement higher than behavior involvement. 3. The volunteers have the good flow experience when they participated in voluntary service, but felt the low reception of clear feedback. 4. The volunteers have the fine organization commitment and recognition for the serviced organization when they executed the voluntary service, but for other related voluntary service activities kept low recognition. 5. If volunteers can keep high leisure involvement and internal locus of control for voluntary service that can find the positive correlated of flow experience. 6. Internals’ volunteers have positive correlated of organization commitment. If volunteers can keep high flow experience that can find the positive correlated of organization commitment. According to the research conclusion, the related organization can to encourage the senior peers to join voluntary service and to loose the transfer system of cadre members、to release the reasonable authority for volunteers self-presentation, to value the planning & popularizing of related activities and to praise the volunteers for their participation. For following study that suggest to add volunteers variables of self-improvement requirement and clear feedback, meanwhile, to research the difference of flow experience between different areas and different organizations. The contributions of this study will be revealed for related organizations and interested in voluntary service persons as reference.
