However, notwithstanding the implementation of enterprise supply chain management and total quality management, and integration of the two can not co-operation of their own. This study focused on the electronics industry, companies in the implementation of supply chain management and total quality management of the business performance of the impact. The results of this study found that total quality management and supply chain management showed a positive correlation; senior management support, training and continuous improvement and quality, cost and delivery time also showed a positive correlation, while the senior management support for supply chain management Flexibility can not be supported.
